Thanks for all the tips. I had no idea that some stations aren’t staffed or that you’re only allowed so much luggage. I didn’t realize some seats don’t have windows either. Actually, I was surprised at quite a few things. Craigslist is your best option for this because other venues are either too expensive, yield only minimal results and can open you to scams.

Avoid keeping them in RV basement areas because this makes them more vulnerable to weather conditions. I always carry a couple of good travel and campground guides when I hit the road.
