I opted for a traditional application acrylic paint in a semi-gloss finish on the walls and high-gloss on the cabinets. I chose the high-gloss against my design preference because the paint store rep promised the finish would be tougher. I tried both roller sponges and paint brushes and prefered the brush finish to the orange-peel effect of the sponge roller. Neither had as nice a finish as the spray paint. If I could have gotten my chosen color scheme for the cabinets in spray paint I would have done all the cabinets with spray paint for the final color.

I am US citizen traveling on business to Rio de Janeiro. was lucky to get an appointment in the New York brazilian consulate for May 4. How long after the interview should I expected the visa to be granted? (assuming I bring all the correct documents). My travel date (business purposes) is May 17.

Don Bobbitt – Thanks for your comments, Don! Sorry it took me so long to respond, but we’ve been traveling in New Mexico and out of touch for a while. I know when we first decided to go full time, it was hard to decide where to have our residency. We chose SD because it seemed easiest. As you said, we can get everything done in a week and now only have to return every 5 years to renew our driver’s licenses in person. Full timing was a great experience, though we did have to stop for a while for family reasons. Now we may be back on the road again for a few more years. Glad you hear you’re still RVing!

I need a visa asap! My underage daughter was at the NY airport to go to Brazil but they told her as she was going to board that she needed a visa. She is going with friends of family, who are European and they didn’t need a visa. We live in PA and he is bringing her back home and the rest of the family left. He put her on stand by, so please, please help ! ! ! She is crying her eyes out.

If your car has a lumbar support which is adjustable that is good but if not a lumbar support cushion will work as well to give extra support for your bad back. If you are hiring a car you can check this out beforehand or bring your own cushion to custom your seat.
