This kulfi parlour in Old Delhi is a dessert heaven. Know why.

Sometimes, all you want on a hot summer day or even a winter day is a scoop of ice cream. So, whether you are into kulfi or sundae cones, there’s something for everyone at Kuremal Mohanlal Kulfiwale in Old Delhi.
At this ice-cream parlour, you can find a range of flavours like apple, pomegranate, orange, guava, mango and pineapple…the list is endless.

But what makes it unique?

Established in 1906, Kuremal Mohanlal’s kulfi products are dense, rich, creamy, low on calories and affordable. But the USP is that the kulfi is stuffed in real fruit, and its pulp is used to make kulfi. Once done, the kulfi is added back to the fruit and then set before serving.

Try no-milk kulfi

This kulfi parlour in Old Delhi is a dessert heaven. Know why.

The kulfi is made in a clean and quality compliant manner with fresh and natural ingredients. For chaat lovers, they serve milk-free Kulfi Julpeps, a mouth-watering offering served with a sprinkling of chaat masala. It comes with no sugar, with the promise of offering more of the fruit than anything else. They also have on their menu flavours like rabri, paan, gulkand, gulab and khajur flavours.

This iconic ice cream shop was set-up with barely any other means except basic earthen matkas filled with kesar pista and plain doodh flavours. In no time, the goodwill of this shop spread around. Today, Mr. Kuremal’s son, Mohanlal, is managing this successful business.
