In a world where most people are currently homebound and unable to travel due to the Corona scare, a mysterious steel monolith has been going places since the last three weeks.
This 9-ft monolith has been travelling the world with no apparent objective. So much so that this monolith has been changing colours too, with its last sighting spotted in a golden hue. No one has been able to find its place of origin and its final destination for now; there is no surety if it’s the same monolith or different ones at different locations.
Reportedly, the monolith was first seen on November 18 in the desert of Utah, USA. Its subsequent sightings, disappearances and reappearance has forced people to conceive different theories about it.
While, some think it could be a unique year-end prank or a long-drawn marketing gimmick for an upcoming show or movie.
The list of all the countries where the monolith has been seen till date has been given as below:
The first monolith was seen on November 18 in a secluded, faraway desert canyon in Utah’s Red Rock Country.

The last time it was seen halfway across the world in Colombia, at a municipality of Chía near Bogotá, though it had changed its colour to golden this time.
Sounds spooky or magical or an alien theory, what say?
